Real-time call transcription

Contact CentersSTT

The problem

Most contact centers record every call but can review almost none of them. Coaching is delayed, disputes are hard to verify, and critical conversations stay locked in audio archives.

What Munsit does

Munsit STT transcribes live Arabic calls in real time with speaker attribution and timestamps. Supervisors access searchable conversations immediately. Transcripts feed into QA platforms, CRM systems, or downstream workflows.

Best for

  • Live contact center operations
  • Searchable call records for supervisor review
  • Agent coaching and dispute resolution

Generic models miss what matters in Arabic.

Built for real Arabic speech.

Munsit is trained on real-world audio from contact centers, field recordings, and broadcast content, so it performs on the noisy, compressed, fast speech your business actually has.

Handles the way Arabic is spoken.

Munsit STT and Munsit TTS work across mixed dialects, English, and French in a single stream, without separate configurations or post-processing.

Deploys the way regulated teams need.

The same models run in cloud, VPC, on‑premises, and on‑device, so government and financial services teams can keep Arabic workloads fully inside their own infrastructure.

FAQ

Can Munsit run inside our own infrastructure?

Yes. Munsit supports managed cloud, sovereign cloud or VPC, and full on-premises deployment inside your network perimeter. The same models run across all three, and you can change deployment models without rewriting your integration.

How is data privacy handled?

Under contract, and inside the boundary you set. CNTXT AI is SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. We sign Data Processing Agreements and NDAs with enterprise clients, and never reuse or share customer data.

Per tenant you get SSO against your own identity provider, role-based access, audit logs and retention policies.

Policies and documents on the Trust Center

Is Munsit suitable for regulated sectors like banking and healthcare?

Yes, in combination with the right deployment model. Regulated buyers typically run Munsit in a sovereign or on-prem environment with the security and audit posture their internal policy requires. The patent on our Arabic voice technology is part of what makes the model defensible inside procurement review.

How does Munsit handle Arabic dialect and English mixing?

Code-switching between Arabic dialects and English is core to how Munsit is trained. This is one of the largest gaps between Munsit and English-first vendors that added Arabic later, and it shows up most clearly in call center, banking, and citizen service workflows.

Is Munsit TTS included with Munsit?

Munsit TTS is Munsit's text to speech. Enterprise contracts can include speech-to-text only, text-to-speech only, or both. Most enterprise customers buy both, because the integration surface and the commercial relationship are shared.

Who is CNTXT AI?

CNTXT AI is the Data and AI company that builds Munsit and AGNTIX. We build the models and prepare the data behind them, which is why our Arabic accuracy holds up in production where general-purpose models drop off.
